I want to talk about one habit I'm doing and I am very proud of but other habits I can't stick to. The one habit I am doing now is waking up at 6 am to start writing. I am very proud of that. I never got the courage to do that as I wanted to sleep a lot or I was too tired from thinking a the time. I am still tired, but now I am aware what waking up at 6 am doe switch me as a human being.

It makes me more awake during the day and what I am doing. It gives me the motivation to continue writing. I love writing when there is nobody awake. I get more concentration as well. Not that much lately but more than I ever thought I could get.

But the other habits I had in mind to do to improve my well being are not improved. The old ones are back. Like taking a shower more often, but I still can’t do it more than twice a week.
